Overview

Texas GTO Coach is a Texas Hold'em study and hand-review assistant. It is not a gambling app, poker-room client, live table overlay, bot, or real-money wagering product.

Data We Process

Advertising and Consent

Free users may see banner advertising in the Analyze and Training screens from their fifth eligible cold launch onward. The first four launches remain banner-free, returning from the background does not add a launch, and an active paid membership removes banners. Free users may also voluntarily watch one rewarded ad after using all daily Master analysis uses or all daily Master Training hands to receive exactly three additional uses on that same allowance. Rewarded ads do not transfer between Master analysis and Master Training. Texas GTO Coach uses Google Mobile Ads and the User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent where required and to provide the available privacy choices.

When an ad is requested, Google Mobile Ads may process an IP address or general location, device or advertising identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, performance data, crash data, and other diagnostic data. These categories can be used for third-party advertising, advertising measurement, fraud prevention, and SDK analytics. Texas GTO Coach does not send your hole cards, board cards, action lines, hand histories, saved notes, quota identifiers, or subscription transaction identifiers to the advertising SDK for ad selection.

Texas GTO Coach enables Google's Limited Ads mode before the advertising SDK starts, disables publisher first-party ID, and disables Firebase advertising-personalization signals. Limited Ads disables personalization and features that require a local identifier. Google may still process network information such as IP address and limited diagnostics to deliver an ad, prevent fraud, measure basic performance, and satisfy legal requirements. UMP consent choices and regional requirements determine whether an ad request is allowed; where UMP provides an ad privacy entry point, you can review or change it from Settings. Google processes advertising data under the Google Privacy Policy.

Basic Analytics

Basic Firebase Analytics is collected automatically in archived releases, including TestFlight and the public App Store release, so we can understand app usage and improve Texas GTO Coach. Debug builds do not collect analytics. Starting with version 1.7.1, the app does not provide an analytics switch; a preference saved by an earlier version no longer disables collection in version 1.7.1 or later. Earlier App Store versions retain their in-app switch. Removing the app stops future collection from that installation.

Analytics does not include your hole cards, board cards, action lines, pasted hand histories, saved review hands, contact information, or advertising identifier. We do not set a Firebase user ID, use Firebase Analytics for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking, or use Firebase Analytics to build an advertising profile.

Google processes this analytics data as our service provider under the Firebase privacy and security terms.

Website Campaign Links

Download buttons on our website may include an Apple campaign token identifying a broad marketing source, such as our website, Product Hunt, Reddit, or search. Apple may provide aggregate product-page views, downloads, usage, sales, and subscription results for that campaign in App Store Connect. The website does not place a marketing cookie, create an advertising profile, or attach your cards, hand history, app user identifier, or contact information to the campaign link.

To improve the website, we keep aggregate daily counts of article page views, clicks on internal article links, and App Store redirect links, grouped by article or button location. Article page views include direct visits from search results. The analytics file does not store individual events, cookies, IP addresses, device identifiers, or app user identifiers. These counts are not a measure of unique people or completed App Store installs.

We exclude marked development tests, obvious automated traffic, and preloaded pages on a best-effort basis. To limit repeated download clicks, the server temporarily keeps a randomly salted digest of the network address and browser user-agent in memory for up to 30 minutes; the digest and its salt are not saved in the analytics file, and restarting the process clears them. This is an approximate click limit, not a persistent visitor identity. If you enter website test mode, a session cookie containing only a test-mode flag prevents that browser's test traffic from entering normal counts; it contains no user identifier and can be cleared with the visible exit control.

What Stays On Device

Hand analysis, card selections, equity calculations, and saved review hands are designed to run locally. The server does not need your hand history to calculate advice.

Service Providers and International Processing

Apple processes purchases and subscriptions; Google processes analytics, advertising, consent, and SDK diagnostics; and our hosting provider processes the minimum quota and entitlement requests needed to operate the service. These providers may process data in countries outside your own under their published safeguards and terms.

Retention, Security, and Your Choices

Local hand history remains on your device until you clear it or remove the app. Quota, anonymous-user, and subscription records are retained only while needed to operate, secure, and reconcile the service. Support emails are retained only as needed to respond to and resolve the request. Google and Apple retain data under their own published policies. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no network or storage system is completely secure.

You can review available UMP advertising choices from Settings, subscribe to remove in-app banners, and send a privacy or deletion request to pandaliyaoquan@icloud.com. Firebase Analytics collection in version 1.7.1 or later cannot be turned off in the app. The app opens your chosen mail client and does not collect the draft or its contents; an email is received only if you choose to send it. The app does not require you to create an account.

Children

Texas GTO Coach is a general-audience strategy study tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request a child's name, contact information, or gambling-account credentials.
